** By submitting your footage, you hereby acknowledge and agree that Project Her Story owns all rights, title, and interest in and to the submitted footage. You further grant Project Her Story a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and exclusive license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, and create derivative works from the footage, in any media now known or hereafter devised, for the purpose of producing the documentary, HerStory, including but not limited to screenings, promotional and marketing purposes.

Project Her Story does not guarantee that your footage or name will be included in the final project. Submission does not ensure inclusion or credit.
